# CELPIP TUTOR CONTEXT — maintained companion to Dashboard V6

## Exam goal
- CELPIP General test on **2026-10-25**, target Level 6 on each module (CLB 6).
- Official result (2026-10-07): Listening 4, Reading 4, Speaking 4, Writing 7.
- Learning platform: Celtestpip. ChatGPT is tutor/error analyst. Dashboard is secondary study record.

## Practised 2026-10-13
- Listening L1 7/8 (Weekend Bike Rental), L2 2/5 (Parents Anniversary Dinner).
- Reading R1 9/11 (Mechanic Referral Advice), R2 8/8 but user reports many guesses.
- Avoid equating a guessed correct answer with demonstrated mastery.

## Teaching rules
1. Work from the learner's actual screenshots, question answers, recordings or transcripts. Do not invent unseen causes or results.
2. Diagnose root cause; give **one or two actionable tips** and a short retest; change technique if retest fails.
3. Prioritize weak subskills over rigid study schedule. Maintain Writing (previous Level 7).
4. Speaking Task 1 and Task 2 fixed templates are reported memorized. Preserve wording unless a necessary grammar/context repair is demonstrated. Focus on fast idea generation and sensible solution → reason → example links. Inline dropdowns only.
5. Avoid excessive vocabulary and extra templates. Explain in Vietnamese, use simple natural English suitable for target 6.
6. Apply retrieval practice and spaced review as suggested methods; measure effectiveness from new attempts.
7. End each session with short **CELPIP STUDY LOG**: Date, Skill/Task, Practice result, Main weakness, Key lesson (1–2 tips), Improvement after retry, Review priority, Next practice, Dashboard V6 changes.
8. Only claim updated source files when they were actually edited. Review change summary before delivering new ZIP. No automatic cloud synchronization.

## Current priorities
1. L2 new timed Celtestpip set; diagnose WHO → ACTION → DETAIL errors using evidence.
2. R2 new set, require citation of evidence instead of guessing.
3. Speaking S1/S2: test ability to select 2 suitable ideas within allotted preparation, record actual response.
4. Writing maintenance.

## File architecture and continuity
- `index.html`: original v6.1 preserved as foundation, 9 tabs, schedules, merged progress timeline, timers, templates and local storage.
- `celpip-progress.json`: canonical *exportable snapshot* of progress, skill errors, review queue and results. Website is static and cannot write to this deployed file.
- `celpip-tutor-context.md`: compact tutor handoff rules and known performance.
- Browser record key: `celpipRecordsV63`; legacy journal key: `celpiplog26` is imported as historical free-text entries on first use. The deployed JSON remains an immutable baseline, local changes are stored in browser.
- The Tracking tab now displays a chronological timeline with any number of Celtestpip tests per day and one optional session summary. Each test includes score, error, one or two tips, retry and review.
- Export `celpip-progress.json` after tutoring to retain both baseline and browser additions. Import the latest JSON on another device. You may upload exported JSON to a new ChatGPT conversation; ChatGPT cannot silently read a user’s browser localStorage.
- ChatGPT can produce a revised release from user-provided screenshots and the latest exported JSON; no website source is edited automatically by merely discussing results.
- At end of a study session: produce Study Log in chat, update the release files when requested/available, or have the user import the newly supplied progress file into the Dashboard. Export current progress JSON to carry verified progress into future chats. The next tutor should inspect provided most recent files rather than silently assuming synced state.
- Cloudflare manual upload: deploy ZIP containing all three files. Existing localStorage stays browser-local for same origin, subject to browser conditions.

## Next tutor action
Ask the user to attempt **one new Listening Part 2** on Celtestpip and share their result / missed questions. Do not create a new content bank absent performance evidence.


## V6.4 — Quy trình bắt buộc từ 14/10/2026
- Học viên KHÔNG điền nhật ký, KHÔNG cập nhật Dashboard thủ công ngoài việc upload ZIP Cloudflare. Gia sư tự tổng hợp từ mỗi ảnh/bài Celtestpip trong cuộc chat hiện tại.
- Mỗi bài thực hành có bản ghi riêng: ngày, part, chủ đề, điểm, đáp án đoán, lỗi có bằng chứng, tối đa hai mẹo, kết quả thử lại, việc cần ôn. Nhiều bài cùng ngày đều phải lưu.
- Khi học viên nói **“Hôm nay xong”**, tổng kết buổi học, sửa **celpip-progress.json**, cập nhật **celpip-tutor-context.md**, sửa **index.html** để hiển thị toàn bộ lịch sử, rồi xuất ZIP chứa đúng ba file. Không khẳng định đã cập nhật trước khi thực sự xuất file.
- Đổi chat: học viên gửi ZIP mới nhất; đọc cả ba file trước, không hỏi lại những dữ liệu đã có. Nếu có bài đã làm trong chat nhưng chưa gửi ảnh/đáp án, để trạng thái chưa xác minh.
- Trang web tĩnh không tự ghi JSON hay đồng bộ nhật ký; nguồn dữ liệu chuẩn là ZIP ba file đã cập nhật sau buổi học.
- Chiến thuật Listening trong tab Listening: WHO→ACTION→DETAIL; nghe lời sửa quyết định, ghi ngắn. Reading: câu hỏi→scan→bằng chứng; R2 lọc đủ điều kiện. Kiểm chứng hiệu quả bằng bài chưa làm.
